Thanks to Capital Realty, the new Office Mananger .Mrs Johnson & Centrale Construction Mananger ,Hud & Jesse Jackson ...I had my monthly visit today from pest control they are doing an awesome job by the way . Thanks for your continuous concern to control the Rodent problem that we were experiencing here at Concordia Place . Worker orders are being done in a timely manner since we have new staff. Thanks so much for you all’s concern with residents of Concordia Place .

They treat the residents like an after thought. They take the Subsidized money, and dont do any repairs on time. Treating people like this should be illegal.

As far as I know, yes. It's a low-income property. It's gon take 2 years for them to get back to you though.

I already have a application on file and I was placed on a waiting list, how do I find out if I moved up On the list or not?

They don't answer the phone, I been trying to call for over two months. I have bad knees and a spinal injury so it had to get around on the bus

How do I apply? Do I go into the rental office or is their a website that I can go on to apply.
