From my first tour with Halli, I knew this place was going to be my next home! Halli expertly and energetically showed me all of the amazing amenities, unit, and found me a unit with a north facing view that is breathtaking (talking about unobstructed city and lake views!). The entire staff has been super welcoming and extremely patient as I pepper them with questions. The amenities are well maintained and I love the size of the gym. It is well equipped and spaced so you don’t feel like you are working out right next to someone. Thanks Grand Plaza and Halli for finding my new home!

The internet here is a building-wide contract with Access Media 3, which is terrible. Our internet has to be rebooted every evening and even then doesn’t come back sometimes. The building also doesn’t have enough elevators for its residents, let alone their guests and deliveries. We’ve been here two months and have had two leaks in the ceiling. I give a second star because the amenities have been nice so far and the location is great.

If you require reliable internet service, do not move here! Internet constantly goes out and management clearly couldn’t care less as they continue to work with single digits (a provider I had never even heard of until moving in, if that says anything). Furthermore, when complaining to management, their response was “ We don't fix problems based on negative comments or the possibility of bad reviews.” so in other words, deal with it. What kind of management says something like that instead of apologizing and doing everything they can to provide good customer service. When you pay so much to live here, you expect to have decent and reliable internet. Stuff happens, but I’ve lost track of how many times the internet has gone out over the past few months. It’s unacceptable. The only redeeming quality here is building maintenance staff, but management brings this place down to 1 star.

For $2500+ apartment you don’t get any internet, that’s ridiculous. And stop telling people who complains internet that they should give the office a call or email. you are waste our time and money. Don’t avoid the problem, You know what the problem is, FIX THE INTERNET.
