Most unprofessional building I’ve lived in. I could write a few pages of what I dealt with. But won’t. Just don’t live here. During my stay I experienced to different managers. On my way out the first manager was brought back to replace the second one I experienced. The rooms are outdated, collect tons of dust and the front desk management team is just not good. Sometimes you can only get your packages when an employee wants to be available. All but 1 receptionist was let go in 2020 and they were replaced with key fobs. The laundry room is run down and inadequate. The machines are always down or sometimes eat your money. I was told in person that they have no plans to spend money to buy new washers and dryers. Hundreds of units in the building and there’s roughly 9 washers and 10 dryers to work with. And maybe half will be useable. The list goes on and on and I will end it with just don’t live here until the owner decides to start spending money to update this building, pay competent receptionists, and drop the attitude I hear he has.

If anyone reads this, move in apartment 104 at your own risk. It floods really bad & they won't tell you.

If you value quiet environment, this is not the place to choose. Among numerous down sides, the worst for me is loud noises from all neighboring apartment and the streets. This building is so old and the walls are very thin that it transmit all sounds. You’ll hear the footsteps, the arguments, the screams, the music, everything, it’s maddening. Management have no flexibility, and they are not helpful. Some of the front desk workers are rude and pain to deal with, and at times no one at the front desk.

So my laptop wound up registering a hit on GPS somewhere on the west side...why would it have been brought there? hmmm...Also wondering if my sumo wrestling friend has showed up in your basement...he'd give you 2 stars for kicking out a foreign police officer who also knew car keys, sim cards, and credit cards were being collected from your special edition cable closets and black boxes with car transmissions in them...dunno what that has to do with anything but my sumo took care of the fraud going on and ate your database full of tennant's personal information. Was really nutritios
Good morning James...It immediately separates, identifies, brands and provides the address of the building, all simultaneously. I hope I answered your question. Debra
