Hello Arrive Lex management, Thank you for having terrible customer service and I mean terrible customer service. For future potential residents, I hope y'all improve. Y'all did not try and work with us when we could have easily afforded that place but God Did !!!! We found a way better apartment😊To the manager you need to treat people better. If I could I would rate zero.

So many fake reviews in here. We signed the contract without visiting first because we moved from far away. Terrible decision.

I like the layout of my friends apartment. Dislike that his hallway smells of marijuana all the time I visit. The washer is extremely small, his central air is loud. This building reminds me of projects on the luxury side. The parking garage is narrow when making those turns with it being two way. I’m surprised no car parked has been damaged. I would not rent here after reading the reviews and actually seeing . I see why the building is smelling like weed .. low income individuals stay there also. Smh! No way as much as rent is subsided rent is allowed there. Yep luxury project .
