“Universal Studios chefs were so preoccupied with whether they could sell a fossilized burger to guests for $16, they didn't stop to think if they should. Have to give it to Universal, when they go in on a theme they go all in! At "The Burger Digs" in the Jurassic Discover Center , even the burgers are dried fossilized rock from the Jurassic period! The fries were also impressively terrible like they had already been cooked, re-microwaved, and then left to sit out for hours again before serving them to guests. $16 for this lazy, zero quality burger. The Burger Digs should go extinct. Now it is not all to waste. I did find some useful things you can do with the burger. - Tape it to the headrest to drive in the passenger lane - Keep kids busy by saying it is an archaeologist dig kit - See how many times you can skip it across the lake - Prop up a wobbly table leg - Paint scraper - Spare tire for Fiat - Hockey puck - Scratching pad for cats - Replacement orbital sander pad - Sell in Universal gift shop as Meteor rock

The Casado burger is one of the best burgers in the whole park! Absolutely lovely seating area with a delightful view of velocicoaster

Glad they had gluten free buns, although they were cold. The lines were very long, but my order was fulfilled very fast once placed. I took one star off because they don't offer sweet tea.
