I just moved here and had to get in quick to a pediatrician for my one month old son who had a runny nose. I called and they got me in right away. Before I was done filling out the paperwork I was being seen by a wonderful nurse who answered all of my questions. They put me in a room for the doctor to come see me and I was only waiting maybe two minutes before the doctor came. She took her time with me and really made me feel so comfortable and also answered any questions I had. We’re paying out of pocket for the time being until i can get my son on insurance and the price was so reasonable! I’m so glad I found this place!

I wouldn’t visit this office ever again. I was there this morning and the nurse was extremely rude. I have an almost 4 year old daughter that was getting a physical, lead testing and hemoglobin. Since I know my own child I decided to help the nurse by getting my daughter to stand on the scale to check her weight, then I proceeded to try and get her height but it was nearly impossible, so the nurse said coming to this room will check her height on the bed laying down my daughter would not stay still and was kicking, the nurse quickly caught an attitude and Told me I I don’t have time for this, I responded you need to be a little bit more patient being that my daughter has autism. She proceeded to apologize because she didn’t know about my daughters condition but still whether you know or not does not give you the right to treat people that way.

They over schedule often, harass over vaccines and take 72 hours or more to get shot records and physicals even though they say they’ll get it in 48. I just sat for 45 minutes without getting seen or even close despite having an appointment

NP was nice for wellness visit; however, they cancelled my appointment while I was at the office. I called days in advance to see if they received my daughters shot records. Receptionist stated they had not so I stated that I would bring paperwork to my appointment and was told that was sufficient. Apparently, it was not sufficient and they would not see my daughter. unprofessional to say the least.
