Time to stop spraying water with sprinklers to the pedestrians on north and west side of the fences. Why are you watering the lawn full of weeds?

I tried to transfer my Xfinity internet to the Hattie Callner apartments but was told they haven't been the provider since 2014. Who is the provider for the internet there? I do need it. Sorry there's no Xfinity/ Comcast high-speed internet.
