I live in a '11' apartment and really like the building, amenities, leasing team, and location. My main issue is the constant smell of trash in the winter. I reached out to Julie (manager) multiple times and was told I was the only person who had ever complained about this. The issue is especially prevalent on cold, windy days when the trash would be picked up. There is almost no issue during the summer months. After going back and forth and not finding any resolution I asked our neighbor who lived in the studio next door and they have complained to management, too, and were told they were the only person in the building to complain about the smell! Our neighbor in '10' says they have no issues with it. Let me be clear: the smell is that of a 5 day old diaper & very strong. Happy to amend this review if this winter the smell subsides

Very bad moving in experience with Lorelei Villa. Do not reply emails for couple of days, and always last minute notification for action items. Definitely not recommend the place, and will consider moving to somewhere else after finishing the current lease

From the initial time I inquired about leasing at Moment I was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable and patient the leasing agents are, and in my case it was particularly Aggie and Hannah. The apartment building in itself is lovely, everyone from the concierge to facility management is prompt and polite. So far, I’m enjoying my stay here at Moment!

Wonderful staff, neighborhood and amenities but just had some issues with my apartment itself. I could hear the neighbors through the vents and smell their food which would be unbearable at times. Worst of all the bathroom fan would not suck steam out and maintenance said they can’t turn it on cause it would be too loud for the floors above (I was on floor 20!) Parking is there but it’s a pain to get to and from. These are just not issues you expect paying this much top notch rent. Not to mention they charge an arm and a leg for cleaning the apartment after moving out.
