I have been a customer since they took over Mannys oil. Figured I give them a try. I ran out of oil yesterday 8/28/22 and emailed them for an emergency delivery. Called at 10AM today 8/29/22 and was told I could not get a delivery until 9/1/22. Mannys would have been right there today. Unless you run out of oil on your towns delivery day, you are out of luck, I will never use this Company again. They certainly do not put their customers first.

I stopped using this oil company a few years ago. And often they are the cheapest in my area. and my town is fairly rural and we don’t have a ton of options . The delivery guy banged on my front door and then walked around to my back patio door on my deck and was pounding on the glass door. They wouldn’t pump the oil and less they got paid first and someone was home. And they woke me up. I’ve never seen anything like it. They don’t take credit cards (?). Other companies have higher quality oil and you can pay online or buy the phone and/or get invoiced.

Best prices around, great customer service. With the cost of oil going through the roof, I HIGHLY recommend Heating Oil Lady. They always manage to come in cheaper than the rest of the oil companies around. Customer service is always pleasant no matter how busy they are, and the service guys are great. They don't deliver as quickly as some other companies- it's usually a couple of days before I get my delivery- but that's a VERY small trade-off, considering you're getting the lowest price per gallon in town.
