Worst courier out there. a package that should have taken 1 day max to arrive has taken more than 5 days to arrive. And after I sent an email complaining they "missent" the package to another state. Unbelievable.

If he is using the DHL office as a Freight forwarder, then all you need to do is give it to DHL with his Freight forward information / account number. If this is not set up, on his side, then your package will not go anywhere once delivered to DHL.

No this place is awful they lose all your packages. Go to UPS they can do it.
You have to drop off at their warehouse location
I’m told there is no local number. I guess this way they don’t have to explain why their packGes are never delivered when told they would be. This business needs to get it together. I’m composing an email to turn to ten and the better business bureau immediately !
