Ive been here since about late 2016. Things were good and at first and the rent was cheap so it was perfect for me but recently like within the past 2 years things have been seemingly going downhill. The building is falling apart, like literally. One of my neighbors I see posted some examples of this on here. Maintenance takes forever to fix problems, management is difficult to reach, and they went up on my rent by a drastic amount like wayyyyyy more than what they have been doing in the past without even inspecting my apartment or renewing my lease.(which I have been requesting a lease renewal since like November 2021) Is this even legal???. How can you go up on our rent when you guys are behind on renewing leases?? Its heart breaking to see what has become of this place.

Wish I could give less than zero stars. This place is absolutely disgusting and should not be able to charge nearly what they do. Sure the rent is on the cheaper side for the area but this place is a squalor. The building itself is falling apart, there are cracks all over my apartment. Bugs are crawling at all hours of the day, in the cabinets, in the walls, in the bathroom, everywhere you look. The management is incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful. It took an incredibly long amount of time to hear back during the application process, and after moving in they have not responded to any maintenance requests. My shower does not drain and has not drained since I moved in in July. It is not worth the money, it is not worth the problems. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

Yadie was awesome! I’ve been staying here 3 years. She left and it was hell. But now that she’s back things are getting done, fast. She is great with the residence, she cares and she’s effective! Maintenace is also awesome! They get things done in a timely manner

My family and I moved here right before the management/ownership change. The old management seemed friendly, but didn't address any of our issues, and kept giving us the run around. The new management, on the other hand, has been attentive and quick to respond whenever we address any issues. These apartments are good if you are looking for a decent place to live for a low price.
