I just moved in this Feb and I really love my place. Jodie and Mary are very nice and know all of the residents. Maintenance men are friendly and things are repaired in a quick manner. Quiet location and low-key.

Would be an 5 if area had pool, fitness center and playground and assigned parking. For the price you are paying more could come with apt. Decent size rooms and professional staff.

Great place, if you’re having troubles getting approved anywhere else. The Property Manager, Ms. Mary is the sweetest woman of all time and is the ONLY reason my family and I have stayed as long as we have. Unfortunately, the roaches can not be gotten rid of...no matter how much “clutter” (furniture) you trash or how many times a week you DEEP CLEAN your home, they just multiply! This issue has been brought to the Rental Office’s attention on several occasions throughout our 3 year stay with Colony Square Apartments; however, I don’t see them spending the money to have the entire property tented. If you don’t mind roaches all over your dishes, pet food, clothes and furniture, definitely a GREAT place:)
