You should rethink living here. They do not have ceiling fans as stated or central lighting and no longer cover any utilities starting this August, rent has already been raised from inflation with no accommodations or concerns for current residence.Upkeep of the overall structure/interior of the apartment is lacking including rust,water stains, appliances broke within my first 3mo.Paper thin ceilings and walls are a constant inconvenience as well as poor plumbing.Save your money and go somewhere nice for the same price or less

We are happy with our apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. It has a few imperfections, but every home does. The staff has always been amazing! We lived at Mariners Green Apartments for two years and loved everything about them. The location for us was ideal, the staff and maintenance are friendly and always efficient. I loved the spacious room the apartment offered and having the upgraded appliances including washer/dryer was a plus. I been living at Mariners Green Apartments for almost an year. I absolutely love it over here. The area is very quiet, neighbors are friendly and landlords are awesome. When ever I need to put money on my wash card during the Covid-19, Jody was right there to able add money to it. This the perfect area for anyone that is transition to apartment by them self.
