OMG. I been out here for a year. Huntington on the james is roach infested. I'm ready to break my lease

Parking SUCKS. Disabled vehicles are allowed to take up parking spaces. Major appliances had to be replaced within 3 months of moving in. Both the refrigerator and microwave had to go, and the washer/dryer has also been "repaired" All the paint fell off the kitchen ceiling within the 1st month of moving in and it wasnt fixed until almost 3 weeks later due to holidays and a snow storm (wasn't considered a priority). Neighbors will occasionally play loud music all times of the night. Lots of noise from the shipyard all day and night. The only positive thing i could think to say is the deposit is cheap, the pet policy is affordable, and the view of the river is nice

I lived here for two years and not only did I enjoy my apartment and view, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Keke was so easy to work with and always willing. I loved my times here and I am sad to be moving.
