We lived at the reserves for a year and had major cons and some pros during our time here. The major pro is the size of the two bedroom apartments for the price, the layout was amazing and the maintenance guy was very nice. Note we did live here during covid so we did not use any of the amenities that is offered so we cannot comment on those. We also did not have any problems with bugs in our apartment and liked how convenient the location was to the highway and things to do in the area. Now lets get into the negatives about this place. We moved in when a new company took over and they were not helpful with anything. Our apartment was without ac from May until October so literally all summer when it was over 99 degrees in our apartment. We would call and they would "fix it" and hours later the temperatures would continue to rise. We would call every day and nothing would get done, they would either tell us that they are unable to get to us or that someone would get there that day or no one would ever show. For a two bedroom apartment they gave us one portable ac unit to cool down everything. We ended up buying two ac units because we couldn't live like this one month are electric bill was 500 DOLLARS. We wrote a letter because they said we would get reimbursed (never did by the way) and eventually once everything got fixed our bill was around 80 dollars just for a comparison. The trash is always overflowing and theres poop in the grass by the cars which you will manage to step in. Also if you're a light sleep I would not move here theres an ambulance station on the other side of the rail road track and you will hear both throughout the night. For the most parts at least in the area that we lived in the neighbors were quite but there were always people smoking on their balconies so you might smell it if you have your windows open. Overall the cons definitely outweighed the positives and I would look else were.

I'm enjoying my apartment! There's some issues with scheduling maintenance and the trash is always piled up. However, I like my neighbors, noise isn't an issue, management is respectful and understanding, parking is fine, and I love the size of my balcony! We are very close the the train tracks 🛤 so there is train noise...constantly. I am not bothered by it though. Neighbors are respectful. There is a lot of diversity including military, seniors, and families with pets.

Pretty decent apartment. However, beware of the train that is literally right behind the complex. Front office staff is decent, but I get the impression that no one really knows what they're doing. Walls are thin and you can hear everything that your neighbor does above you and next to you. There is typically an abundance of dog poop on the grass and near the walkways. The trash can pile up for days without it being taken away. Alot of the street lights are out and it can get pretty dark out here at night. Overall, would I stay here again if I could do it all over again? No. Shop around because I'm sure there are way better apartments in this area.

Lived here during a 6 month work rotation and have no complaints at all. Apartment was clean and up to date with no issues to speak of. Every interaction with management was pleasant and all questions were answered promptly. Management went out of their way on multiple occasions to accommodate specific needs of mine and were great to work with. Without a doubt I will be staying here again if I end up back in the area.
