I gave them a 5-star review when I first moved in cuz they were very accommodating but since moving reality has set in. Let me put it this way it's unaffordable and don't expect any help because it's too expensive to qualify for rent relief. Plus I was on the top floor had a beautiful apartment overlooking the pond and my roof caved in there was water that destroyed my spare bedroom my living room there was water coming out of the electrical sockets. The only thing they did was patched the hole and cut it huge chunk out of my ceiling destroy the carpet and now they're telling me I owe them $11,000.

The community is really nice. It's clean, and everything is functional! This is the first apartment complex that hasn't had MAJOR problems with amenities. I feel safe here with my kids and it's very pet friendly! Nearly everyone has a dog! And the location is fantastic! Yes, everything can be delivered, but it's shopping and food within walking distance and if you jump in the car? 5 minutes or less from everything else! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The ladies who run the leasing office, Cindy and Natasha, are true professionals. They were both extremely helpful and accommodating from our first contact until our move in was complete. Radius is very conveniently located near shopping centers, schools, churches, and the airport. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and management provides a clean and safe environment for tenants and visitors alike.
