Been here quite a few times and was always treated super well. I work in an animal ER and I can honestly say some people don’t understand how TRIAGE works- worse stuff gets seen before your sprained wrist etc in any medical field! As it should be. Anyways, I moved half an hour away and am needing medical care and don’t trust the local places so im going all the way here now because I know I’ll be taken care of impeccably. Thankful for providence ER and urgent care

What a great hospital. I had to bring my father. because he's suffering from cancer and needs emergency surgery on his spine as soon as we admitted him the staff took so much care of him. He had a tumor pushing up against his spine and was causing so much pain and making his blood pressure go extremely high. They finally gave him morphine for the pain n his vitals got under control. Shannon one of the nurses is so sweet. She took care of my dad as he was her own. Dr.spooler is an amazing surgery doctor. The surgery went well. My dad has terminal cancer so this surgery was so he doesn't have more pain in the spine n from him becoming paralyzed. We started a gofundme if you would like to donate for my dad. Thank you to everyone at Holycross for going above and beyond for my father's health 🙏

I went there for a CT scan, after waiting for two hours, when I said i have to leave for another appointment, and if they could do this faster, their Radiology Supervisor came to tell me "IT'S OK! YOU CAN LEAVE, BECAUSE YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT!" IT'S OK?!!! after two hours? is this the way you treat patients? Thanks for CARING!

0 stars. The worst hospital currently. They should not hire people who don't care for people. I'm tired of hearing that they are overwhelmed and that gives them the right to disrespect patients/ customers that are ill and potentially dying like my father. There are masks all over the ground. It is very uncomfortable and dirty. They will not give you oxygen when your having trouble breathing until right before death. Nurses get paid highly because they are expected to do the best job they can with the best attitude possible. I saw no effort for my father before he died there. My father had multiple surgeries there that only made him worse before his last emergency visit where he was insulted and I'm sure mistreated. The intake nurse asked what his problem was and we answered he was having difficulty breathing, chest pain and his face was swelling. Her response was...everyone else is going through the same so I think he will not be allowed a room. My sister and myself insisted because we knew he needed "professional" help but unfortunately we just took him there so they could let him die. Irresponsible medical staff should be held accountable for not doing their job that they are highly being paid for. GARBAGE HOSPITAL. The hospital needs to be audited. I feel like the murdered my father and will always have that with me. Do not support Irresponsible hospitals and please complain until changes are made is what I suggest.
