If you can find a nother location for your new born infant to go please do so. This place is a joke. They do not respect your time at all. We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and still waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time. They always have excuses. Like I said. Find another location if you could.

I'm sorry to say, but I have to agree with the negative reviews. I'm leaving this review while sitting in the exam room at urgent care. The woman who checked in my 6 yo (took weight and vitals) clearly doesn't want to be working on Xmas day. She seems to have little patience and I literally had to ask her to be patient with us because I could sense her frustration from her tone of voice and quick responses. However, the NP who just saw us was very nice and empathetic. Management, keep a close eye on the lower level staff, because they could tarnish your organization's reputation despite the otherwise high quality care.

3rd and last time here. 1. Lack of professionalism 2. Lack of compassion 3. Lack of communication. 4. Overall bad attitudes. I was sent here by hospital i needed stitches and X-ray. Hospital was really stacked. This place was empty but it Took a while just get in building i guess they don't want more than 1 person in the building. This placed treats patients terrible. I sat there bleeding while I waited they continuing to ask me to fill out forms. After all waiting in a empty lobby they tell me they don't have a X-ray technician. I would need to come back tomorrow or go to hospital WTH its 2pm on a Thursday. I end back across the street at hospital 8 hours total wait time 7 stitches and fracture hand. Optum should have at least stitched me up. Instead they have me sitting there in pain bleeding. This place is terrible. We change medical group the next day. BEWARE.

Came here late at night with my son. There was no wait at all. The nurses and doctors were amazing and very caring and informative. I will definitely come here again.
