I don’t have complaints for the pediatric team they have been great with me but I do for the OBGYN department . Nicole C. Waschak, M.D. Refused to see me for arriving late but yet when she’s late to see her clients Or cancels my appointment, seems like it’s okay for her . I had to write a review because it was necessary to address it . Through my whole pre and post pregnancy she was like this . So I had Dr.wright instead, She is great ! I have had some great doctors here but scheduling appointments suck, in some departments , there’s times when I have to wait a month until my next appointment because the doctor is fully booked . Even though it’s getting better , they should take in consideration that if we worked around their regulations during covid about not coming early they should honor us as patients .

Excellent service been going there for years . My family and I would not go somewhere else . We had a different insurance so we had to go to Kaiser NEVER AGAIN bad service . We returned to facey .

Very disappointed with the weekend on call staff at Facey. My husband has diverticulitis and started having symptoms. I called to leave a message for his doctor and then was told to call the refill prescription department. Called them and gave detailed description of what he usually takes and they were supposed to contact the pharmacy. Didn’t hear back, Pharmacy was never called, so I called back the next day and was transferred to a manager who basically said they couldn’t help him and to call his doctor during business hours? He has been in pain for three days now and no one could take a minute to call in a prescription for antibiotics, which would prevent an ER visit? Terrible customer service and complete lack of empathy for a patient who is suffering. Anyone who has had diverticulitis knows it is extremely painful and serious. We will be switching to a competent group immediately. Hope this never happens to them.

Let me start off by saying that Facey Medical Group is a fantastic Clinic. They do Urgent Care. But you can also schedule with your physician or your doctor here. This fantastic Clinic is located in Mission Hills California. In the San Fernando Valley. On Sepulveda Boulevard between Rinaldi in San Fernando Mission Boulevard. The staff is always helpful. A my doctor particularly is awesome very attentive to my needs. Thank you so much for being part of my family
