Chris is rude,unhappy with his job snd very lazy. I stop and ask for product not in stock in this location. Chris did not want to check for availavility in other autozone and he start complaining about autozone wages and bla bla bla. Terrible customer service actitud

Julio provided outstanding customer service at the Sepulveda and Devonshire location in Mission Hills, Ca. As a customer manager myself, I obviously have the utmost appreciation for excellent product knowledge and very pleasant representation. Great experience!

Normally visits have always been ok but not today, I was treated poorly due to a bottle of wax I was returning to exchange for something better since the quality was soo bad, instead I got treated with disrespect from the staff. A $12 (barely used) wax that did nothing for me as I was only exchanging ended with loss of a long time customer that had spent thousands $$ over many years. The clerk Susie, was extremely rude! Along with the rest of the staff on this day because they wanted to Police an exchange WITH receipt and purchased less than a week. Even the store manager was hiding behind the counter when all the commotion was going on back n forth, ESPECIALLY Susie and the tall gentleman. So disappointing when I know there are some associates that are helpfully, not on this day, I just had to call the regional manager to leave a message (no call back) AND write an email to him with exact details of how it all went down.

JULIO A. IS PHENOMENAL!! He was helpful and patient from the very beginning. Julio was able to also provide my partner and I with new information to assist our project. I would give this place a 5-star, however, in the middle of our conversation, this gentleman, Miguel, rudely interrupted us and told Julio to pause helping us and help other customers…? This was unsatisfactory as Julio was only doing his job to ASSIST us which took us longer to leave the store as we had to wait for him. Julio and customers in need should be respected.
