very efficient BUT they somehow managed to charge for a Covid 19 test. VERY SNEAKY, $124.38 which was NOT covered my Medicare for some reason. I should have written this for the EXER facility on Venice in LA, not Mission Hills. Same bunch, however.

Pleasantly surprised, as often you end up with long waits at urgent clinics. I reserved my time in advance online and waited at most 5 minutes and then very briefly for the Dr in the room. She was thorough, caring and professional and helped with my concern today. All I could ask for in an urgent care visit.

I saw Dr. K. Nguyen in my last visit to Mission Hills Urgent Care. Dr. was very thorough, informative, efficient and caring. He even called me himself to give me the results of one lab test that was sent out of Facey after I left. I am very pleased with the care I received. Thank you Dr. Nguyen

The wait depends on how many people are waiting to be seen and what's wrong with them. They take people with the most severe injuries/illnesses first.
