I’ve been a resident for 7 weeks. It has been fairly problematic since before we’ve moved In. After paying a holding fee I was not sent information on my next step (insurance info , pet info, dominion info) even after reaching out to the office via email. I had to physically come into the office to figure out what I needed to do next . I was informed at that time this information is usually due a week before move in date (It was a week before my move in date) . Then I wasn’t informed the unit had a rotted back door until I physically went to pick up keys on move in date , I was told that the door was on order takes 4-6weeks(after my lease was signed), the door is not only rotted but also has a hole in It and is currently on back order. We didn’t have a trash can when we moved in , then all of a sudden had 3 maintenance brought over ,just to later be told we’re only supposed to have one. Now we have an issue with roaches . In every room , including baby nursery. When informed about the issue the office schedule for someone to spray, I waited all day no one ever came. Reached out to the office again they said he came , because she gave him the key to have access to the home but then proceeds to tell me he only sprayed the perimeter of the home(not sure why a key was given if the plan was to only spray outside)and that if we need someone to spray inside that has so specified ,no one ever expressed that in the initial conversation about the roaches so there would have been no way of knowing that … so now we have to wait another week for someone to spray for roaches. I feel my frustration isn’t felt . I don’t feel comfortable living here. I don’t feel comfortable having a newborn child here. And I regret that I chose to live here. I am extremely embarrassed to have company over.These reviews are extremely misleading in my opinion. This place definitely needs to be updated. The only positive thing about living here is the new carpet, maintenance is nice , they responded to the work order about broken toilet handle and loosing hot water fast fairly quickly but should wear mask when entering homes.

I currently live here and we moved in the middle of May. I am thoroughly impressed so far. On move in day, they noticed our carpets needed to be replaced. It caused a little stress because my husband had already rented a uhaul for all day and took the day off work. They had it done by noon and took money off our first month's rent for the inconvenience! We had a few maintenance issues and I kept forgetting to put in a work order. I had called and left a voice mail after office hours seeing if maintenance could come by and fix some things. I was expecting it to take a few days but it was done by noon the next day! The office staff remembers my name when I am outside and everyone is so friendly, office staff and neighbors included. We want to buy a house in the future but this is the first place that has felt like home to us. Thank you for being great. Our last rental experience was unenjoyable to say the least and I am happy to see that there are people that still care ❤

Kelly and the staff at Jones Run were awesome! I lived here for a year before relocating for work and wish I didn’t have to move! The complex was always clean and well kept, the homes were spacious with a ton of storage space, and the staff was always kind and helpful. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to live!

I absolutely love living here. I am military and will update on that process if I feel I need too. I lived in 3 different places while I've been in this area and this is by far my favorite. When I moved here, I was in a rush finding a place and they got the unit ready within a week! I got lucky there was even a unit available. I'm single so I can't speak for the kid environment but they have plenty of playgrounds all around so no matter where your located, you're fairly close to one. Dog walking paths all over. During my time here (little over a year) there have been MANY renovations working to improve the area and outside fences/gates. Made closing the back gate much easier! They always keep the community informed and try to keep it fun for everyone around the holidays. I havent had to many issues but when I do, maitenance is so kind, knowledgeable and timely. I think the tiny discrepancies other reviews have are relevant but since noted already, not noting it again. I wish i lived here the entire time but am thankful I can end this tour here. It is a huge relief. Hope you have a great experience here as well!
