I have lived here though the change of management and I had high hopes that things would get better... nope. The office staff rarely answers the phone.I have been trying to get my A/C fixed since April, and it seemed no one was interesting in actually fixing it. Had to pay for a hotel room to get some sleep as it was 95 degrees inside at one point. Finally got the inside and outside unit replaced, and it is still reaching 85 degrees inside. Was told a couple times on separate days that they are trying to reach someone to come out and that they would up date me before leaving for the day... still nothing days later. I definitely regret resigning my lease. I would definitely consider breaking my lease at this point if I had the money on hand.

it is so incredibly hard to get in touch with this place. i paid an app fee and i have no clue what’s going on with that. there’s the robinson group and also asher apartments? DO NOT apply here— i think its a scam

Worst place I've ever lived. Management is horrible and really only here to collect checks. They show no concern about anything. Even disputes with neighbors. I was literally told to handle the issue myself, even though there have already been police reports filed due to issues with the neighbor. They add random fees to your bills without any warning, causing you to pay late fees. Towing is ridiculous to the point where 1/4 of the vehicles park outside the complex. No matter what issues you have, you wont be able to reach anyone in the front office unless you go there in person. Apartments are dirty and poorly maintained. Just not good. And i better not get a message saying to call and discuss things further because I've pulled 4 different numbers from the reviews saying to call and discuss issues, but like always NO ANSWER!!!!

I moved from another state to Texas and these were the apartments that I chose. I have lived here for 3 months and it’s been awful. No one in the office can tell you what’s going on and they do not communicate with one another. I am constantly having fees applied to my bill that we’re not apart of my leasing agreement. When coming to my apartment it was dirty.. and it took a month for them to come and fix my dishwasher. The website is not accurate to what the apartments actually look like.. the walls are thin and you can hear everything from neighboring apartments and insulation isn’t not good at all!

Is really nice living next to the golf course you don't see much unless you're looking out the window but it's nice you get to see the all the varieties of 🐦birds flying around & just about whatever flies over when you're 👀looking👀 out the window from my🎈 view from my🐝 windows it's a very nice view😊
I believe is the crime rate is low in these apartments because I left something on my car last night like right by the window Uno with food and it was something else and it was still in the same position that I left it sometimes I have a small child my small but our younger son and he sometime leave the door unlocked my possessions always still in my car so I believe it safe and it's pretty low
The apartments are pretty pretty nice but yeah when I moved in here or when I came to pay to move in here someone told me about the roaches and I was like yeah okay whatever they were like you have a new rebuilt apartment for new appliances and yes I noticed the roaches are just in the kitchen area under the frigerator and like the molding underneath the sink is not completed so I just see the roaches from there to the just on the kitchen sink to the yes it's true basically but I keep my home defense and I spray that every couple of days to try to keep it down and it works
