Please don't waste your time moving here unless ur desperate. I've been here a year and they have not fixed but one issue I've had. The hot water heater. There is always an apology but an apology with no corrective action is nothing but manilpation. An apology is not fixing issues. Ac has been out over a month (June and July) with no resolution. Dishwasher out, light and electrical that dont work, bathroom sink been been stopped up over 3 months, it took over 2 months to fix a leak from upstairs over my shower with a big hole in roof. The assistant manager is so rude and I'm not sure why she was hired. Service is your job so if your not built to service your residents, then find another career. Now they do have towing but we have some people that have shot at the driver so he don't come often. And facts we have the laws here often and 2 shooting leading to deaths here since I've been here. A few other shooting incidents. Everyone is leaving that was here before me. You have been warned avoid this headache at all cost.

Do Not waste your time nor money!! It’s always new people working in the office, they don’t know anything. The maintenance crew was hired from a temp service! Police ALWAYS here!! Plus they steal your money orders / lose them then claim months later you’re missing Payments ! PLUS THEY HAVE ROACHES . Once again they don’t fix anything my store has been broken for months, I have to open over door using a butter knife ! Smh !!

Worst apartments I've ever lived in. They turn the water off every week for hours and hours at a time with no warning or notice. Then when I ask the lady "how long will it take for water to come back on?", her answer was "i dont know". They NEVER answer the phone. The manager and staff are very rude. Overall by far worst services I've ever received.

Today my apartment is 90 degrees. I'm going on my 3rd yr here. I really wish I could give a great review, but I can not. I feel like I could pass out right now it is unbelievable hot. I pay my rent on time every month. But no one can fix the issues. Today I had to buy fans and a window unit. Over 300$ to keep my apartment cool. Today was awful. People still gathering drinking and doing drugs till 4 am you can't sleep or be relaxing in your apartment. Called police numerous of times. Let office know trash and rat problems but nothing is being resolved. I'm not able to move because of income . I just recommend to future people not to move here it's really bad .!Today is a new day and nothing seems to change. You realize your voice doesn't matter when management doesn't not even reply to message or work orders. I don't have to make up fake post or etc. This is a very bad situation.Had Covid in August and repeat calls to Renew my lease couldn't go to office didn't want to get anyone sick but was charged month to month 100.00 extra charge any way, October 1st website down can't pay my rent. I work and office is closed by 3pm no body calls back. I work tomorrow it's Sunday if I can't get assistance to pay my rent I will be charged a late fee. What can I do ? Any help or advice will be deeply appreciated. This is crazy. Did stop by but door being almost broke into was not a unusual thing.Im trapped in my Apartment and has become very unhealthy. Guess we will see if things change. Oct 9 and things are worse Your voice doesn't matter. Management knows my door was broken into but nothing was addressed. I fear for my life .if anyone has advice please let me know.
