My package has been sitting at this location for 2 weeks. Called several times and no one answered the phone. Filled out a complaint on the USPS website. So let’s see how it’s going to go from here. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Got three different notifications that my package had "departed" this facility over a period of 10 hours. Were they lying? Did they lose my package twice? Either way I'm not impressed.

haven’t gotten my product from months ago

A package containing medical supplies has been sitting in Rochester since 3/24/22, the day it was due to be delivered to our home. It is now 3/31/22. The USPS email form meant to be used to report issues returns a message saying it could not be processed--try again later. 3 tries, same response. My local post office clearly had no idea what to do, though the agent promised to "try". All tracking responses, including via phone call, indicate that the package was "accepted" on 3/24 and no one has any idea how to troubleshoot. USPS has pitched a shift toward prioritizing package delivery. If this is any indication, we are wasting taxpayer investment. Very disappointed..

I've found out this is a holding facility for packages that are shipped from china. The company you bought from uses smart post. Until they get a huge number of parcels going to the post office to get their bulk mail cut rate it can take up to 12 weeks to receive your package. My sister is a postmaster in Indiana and researched it. She said the company we buy from goes in every few days and updates the tracking but it actually never actually goes anywhere until they meet their smart post cheap rate. So no matter what we get texted until its actually in the USPS system with their scanner its sitting. Never again for me unless its ups or fedex. USPS is being used as a patsy and were waiting up to 12 weeks for our package.
Yes, I’ve had it stuck there since Feb. 27
They don't male postal employees like they used to
Mark, if you have access to a computer, try doing a trace,or send a registered letter.
also having the same issue. did your package ever come?
Did you ever end up getting your packages? I have a package that has been there for ten days? Thanks!
Nick my daughter already tried calling them but all it does is ring and disconnect.
It's now 2019 , I order some things on eBay and some from Walmart all from rockchester n.y and it's not the first time I have order things from China that get to me faster then packages from rockchester ,
Thanks Chris I'll give that a try.
What is the zip code? We process out of state mail here. Rochester mail is processed at the Jefferson Rd plant.
I'm not 100% sure but very rarely a package may get mixed up and wind up going round Robin. I would call the USPS customer service hotline and more than likely they will have a logical explanation 😀
There's a missing mail link to use on the USPS website. There is someone at that plant who's position is to look for missing mail. When you fill out that info, it will send out the details to that person to look for it.
Unfortunately no. THE USPS distribution center computer goes wherever its fastest to process wherever it's being sent. Especially through all points West like Ohio, Chicago, or even Buffalo. Best I can tell you is to try a different carrier like FedEx or UPS.
Did you ever end up receiving your package?
Contact the post office you mailed it from. Keep your receipt
Did you ever end up receiving your package? Mine has been there for ten days with absolutely no updates? Thank you for any type of help! :)
Did you ever end up receiving your package?!?
How long before you actually got it?
This is a distribution center and customers dont have access to this place if you want to talk some one go to the Lexington post office on Lexington road and speak to a supervisor there to help you with any of your need
Call 800 number on ur receipt
No, I'm sorry, that is a processing and distribution facility. It is where your parcel will be sent to the next destination. You will have to wait at home for arrival.
