My package has sat in the Rochester distribution center for 7 days...A 2nd package is predicted to languish there for another week. I see many other complaints about this facility. Everyone Out to Lunch?

It's now 2019 , I order some things on eBay and some from Walmart all from rockchester n.y and it's not the first time I have order things from China that get to me faster then packages from rockchester ,
