same thing here Judy, departed twice. I think someone isn't doing their job. it departs, comes back again and then departs again. And did you also notice someone is deliberately going into the computer and deleting the double departure so if you call their phone number the person on the other end will argue with you that you are wrong, the dummie dont realize we are signed up for text notifications so we see every movement of our package.
Judy, I can't answer that,wish I could. I would contact them,and also file a complaint.
