I would never recommend any single parent on a single fixed bingo fixed income come to this place they charged me $30 just to change out a headlight. There's automobile places that can do that for free.

It took almost 3 hours to do a rotate and balance on my truck with nobody in front of me, low tire pressure warning light was still on and they didn’t relearn the tpms system. All was corrected when I pointed it out but I just expected more with the amount of time it took.

I spent $1300 on a New set of tires. First I noticed they didn't set my air pressure to 32 pounds. I went back, manager said they would fix it. The kid went around the car, checked the pressure and told me I was good to go! The next day I had a horrible vibration. Took it to a tire store in Greeley that I trust. I paid $42 to have my wheels rebalanced, they told me that family tire didn't remove my old wheel weights, before balancing. YOU CAN'T DO THAT! My wheels were dangerously out of balance. They did pay for the rebalance I had done. However the scratches on my rims from the installation will always be there. Worst tire experience ever.
