“Appointment only” … ok.. wait all day, 6 hours for an “open appointment”. Arrive, wait for 1.5+ hours to see a Dr. What is the point of an appointment if the wait is worse than just walking in. Will avoid at all costs.

Horrible! I had an appointment and we waited over an hour in the waiting area. The staff was rude. Very disappointed!

Called after my lethargic granddaughter was turned away and her parents were told they were at capacity and wouldn’t see her. The lady was very rude and non caring. They definitely didn’t transfer her out because they wouldn’t even see her. Highly recommend not using this facility.

I am not someone that would typically write a review but felt I had to after our experience last night. I took my 4 year old in for his asthma at 8:40 (appointment time). When I arrived they let me know they were behind schedule and it would be an hour and half wait. We were desperate so decided to stay. At check in my son had a bronchial attack and almost threw up. The front desk notified a nurse to come out and get his vitals to see if he needed to be seen sooner. The nurse that came was amazing and ended up getting us in immediately. From there the same nurse took us to our room and made sure my son was comfortable. There was a slight wait before seeing the nurse practitioner. And let me tell you, she was more than worth the wait. Kind is an understatement for how wonderful she was. She explained things about asthma to me that, as an asthmatic for 18+ years, had never been explained to me. She took the time to not only care but to educate us. She said that my son needed st home breathing treatments and I explained that we have been trying for years but our insurance would not approve it. She worked her magic and found a way to make it happen. For two years we’ve been all but begging our sons doctor to figure this out for us and our wonderful nurse practitioner at urgent care took care of it in an hour. The staff here is made up of angels. And I will be taking my kids here for all our urgent needs in the future.
