Fireplace and BBQs helped me convert my gas starter to gas logs. Cornell was extremely knowledgeable about his products and provided thoughtful insight into helping me choose which product was best for my needs. Once I chose the logs, they were quick to schedule the install. Christopher was very efficient with the installation and also kept a very tidy workspace. I highly recommend this company for their knowledgeable, quality, professionalism, and price.

Just called them and tried to scare me away from buying a vent free by blaming carbon monoxide as a serious issue. False, most good vent free units monitor the room and automatically shut down when there is a drop in Oxygen. Update OK more to do with the individual not the company. And I did my research, this is a post about my experience its called an opinion and you have to take the bad with the good.

Do you have Sawtooth Oak logs?

Quercus acutissima, the sawtooth oak, is an Asian species of oak native to China, Korea, Japan, Indochina and the Himalayas. It is widely planted in many lands and has become naturalized in parts of North America. Quercus acutissima is closely related to the Turkey oak, classified with it in Quercus sect. Most of our Gas Logs are species which are native to the US.
