Terrible Customer service. Irrespective of their professional behaviour when they make mistake they act rude towards you and ignore 90% of the stuff you tell them. Worst Experience every time I go there.

Is the lobby open at the North Tarrant branch. If not when will it be open again?

Hi Gloria, Unfortunately at this time the lobby at our North Tarrant branch is still closed however the drive-thru remains open. We don't have an opening date yet, as we're still under construction but as soon as we do we'll be sure to let everyone know!

Do you have a certifying officer in your credit union on North Tarrant Parkway? I need something signed to cash my savings bonds.
