Took my car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. They called and said the wear on the tires indicated it needed an alignment. After doing the work, the car drives worse than before. It drove fine, and now it won't drive straight. I took it back and they balanced the tires, and said it drove fine. It clearly pulls and the steering wheel isn't even completely straight.

Recently had my wheels/rims worked on and now all 4 rims have damage on them. Sawyer in Stockton mo are the only ones that have worked on my wheels. They told me there machines could not have caused the damage but before having them worked on they had zero damage. They said they would order some automotive touch up paint to fix the problem...on a set of 1500.00 rims...NO THANKS! the younger guy at the front desk looked up who did the service on my wheels and told me the guy that did the work is known for not being careful with aftermarket products. Apparently that doesn't matter! I will not being using your place of business from now on!

We have a 2003 Ford F150 Truck and last year the A/C pressure hose went out. Because summer was just about over we decided not to do anything about it until this year (2020). We have always taken our vehicles and family member vehicles to Sawyer Tire now CarX in Bolivar, Mo since 2003. We took our truck to them to fix the A/C, replacing several parts that needed to be changed, but to no avail the air still wasn't getting cold so they suggested we take it to the one in Stockton, Mo which we did. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday with the A/C working great! ALL you guy's who work at CarX in Bolivar and Stockton are AWESOME, thank you all for not giving up on us and getting to the root of the problem, many Thanks to all of you!!!!! : - ) A very special thank-you goes out to Roger in Stockton!!
