The hotel just seems run down. Broken things here and there, dirty windows, etc. The room we stayed in needed another pass from housekeeping. There was a hair band on our sink and hair in the shower. Nothing is more important than a clean room. And if you're going to charge so much for a special event weekend, you should match that level of effort with cleaning. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient and the location is pretty good. It was just ok. Hence the three stars.

This hotel was a joy from the minute we walked in. The person at the front desk was very kind and the parking is attached, $10 per night. The king bed room was beautiful, a great spacious kitchen and couch that pulled out into bed, as well as a smart TV that could rotate! Pool was clean, bathroom situation was great, bed was comfortable. Can’t wait to return!!!

The staff is very friendly. It is clean quiet. The rooms feature a cook top full size fridge. Dinnerware, silverware a cookware and glass ware is all provided. The bed is super comfortable and this is my go to downtown syracuse hotel.

It's ok. It wasn't worth over $300. Breakfast had no coffee cups and when they finally found some 15 minutes later there was no coffee made for the cups. This is at 9am. The room had white spots all over the couch and well.... we didn't use that. We had a double suite with king beds but the beds were maybe a queen. Definitely not king size. The shower had someone's hair in it and the whole thing definitely needs to be updated. The pool was OK. Small but my child enjoyed it. I'd go back if I needed to stay in the area and it was much cheaper. The staff were very friendly.
