Best western more like WORST EASTERN!! This place is run by a regular MR KRABS. They wouldn’t honor the booking.com reservation I made and tried to upcharge my by $150 - such a greedy ploy to exploit people who get room deals on concert nights at the amphitheater, real slimy behavior. Front desk woman was super rude to me (first thing she asked was how much I paid for the reservation, which she had printed out for my check-in) and the booking.com employee I talked to even said she hung up on her! The location and restaurant are great, too bad the proprietors are trying to take advantage of people by refusing to honor reservations from 3rd party sites - this is a scam!

Positive: It was nice to smell clean when I walked, even better to see that it was actually clean. The room was nice and spacious. Negative: The bathroom sink had a slow drain

Checked in to room 200 which smells like an ash tray. Asked for a second room, they obliged. Woke up in the morning to a used tampon applicator in my bed. When I reported this to the front desk they apologized but made no additional effort. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic, the hotel? I’d go sleep somewhere else.
