I had a good stay here. I felt like an inconvenience at breakfast, otherwise service was ok. I didn’t realize that this the sketchy side of town, but security was great and there weren’t any safety issues. It was an easy 20 min drive into downtown St. Louis, and only a few minutes from the airport. The hotel even provides a shuttle if don’t want to rent a car. Nice gym, but A/C wasn’t working. Room was clean, functional.

Positive: Price, location, the hallways had a very clean smell to them. Front dining area was nice and big with beautiful decor. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and ac worked very well. Nice pond nearby. Free airport shuttle Negative: Room wasn't dirty but there was leftover food from the last room occupants and floor wasn't vacuumed. Would have liked a hot tub in the pool room. Pool closed before the posted timing.All minor things.

Check-in was decent with some wait time and that’s expected. Hotel is dated but it’s deceiving when you walk in because the lobby is big and nicely decorated. Our room wasn’t very clean (dusty, socks from prior guests, bathroom dirty). Biggest gripe was the a/c was super loud when it came on followed by a constant ticking sound that came from the walls. It seemed to get louder in the middle of the night. The bathroom has no fan and the sink takes forever to drain the water. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people in the hallway talking, people over me walking (sounded like Fat Albert dragging his feet) and someone snoring in the room next to us. Breakfast will cost you so don’t even bother. Nearest restaurant ain’t that near!! 🥴 Probably…no, I won’t be staying here again.

Positive: Staff at the front desk was very helpful and represented the hotel in a very positive way. I also appreciated Staff at the restaurant. Everyone really was very pleasant and helpful. Negative: In our room, 228, there were some cosmetics that could be improved upon. The inner bathroom door frame needs painting. The area where the fridge was looked dirty but I think it was water stains. Other than that, it was good.

There are not any restaurants within walking distance. I ordered food from the hotel and it was good - I didn't think it was overly expensive for the convenience/typical hotel price point
Most rime the amount of time rhe car is left doesnt matter as long as you have stayed at the hotel. Make sure they have the make, model and plate number on file with tour registration
Yes. I've seen two pizza deliveries in the couple of hours I've been here.

If you are staying as a guest in the hotel the shuttle takes you wherever you need to go and then call the and tell them you are ready to be picked up or tell them what time you will be ready for them to pick you and they will come and get you. Not really sure if there's a certain amount of miles they will go, but from what I was told it was to and from anywhere as long as you are guest there.
I heard the highway more than planes so maybe stay on front side
