Very attentive service. The airport shuttle service was efficient and fast. One of the very best experiences at Hampton Inns I've stayed at.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The AC was limited in how low the thermostat could be set and it took a while to decrease the temp. Surprisingly, the majority of the TV stations were arranged alphabetically. There is another, different brand hotel beside this one and they share an overflow parking lot. When arriving later in the evening you likely will have a bit of a walk to the hotel. The hotel is near the airport and also the car rentals. Also, it's less than 3 miles from a light rail station to commute into the city. Peggy, the manager, was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this for the pool, so please note THE POOL HERE IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. I was able to use the pool at the place across the parking lot, but it was inconvenient to say the least. I do like every staff person I've met here, so there's that. A convenience store or free breakfast would be nice.

Thank goodness for this hotel and the wonderful staff. A hotel down the road over booked so we were stuck trying to find one on a busy Friday night. The lady at the desk was wonderful!
