Cool views of the arch! Great proximity to the baseball stadium! Nice people! Only complaint is that when I asked where the water bottle refillable station was, they said they didn’t have one and handed me a bottle of water. Come on, they aren’t that expensive to install and it would at least “look” like Hilton is trying to help out with the environmental problem.

I booked a room overlooking the Arch and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and well equipped and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and professional. Due to covid restrictions, the Concierge Lounge was not fully operational but the top floor bar and restaurant was a treat. Great views, great food and great service. Due to the 4th of July festivities the hotel was very busy but the front desk staff were excellent. No stress. Their customer service was first class. I checked out a day earlier to due business reasons but if you are looking for a downtown St Louis Hotel with all the trimmings...the Hilton Ballpark is a must ! I have seen some negative comments but it is a personal experience and there will always be different opinions and comments. It's never the same for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and the staff worked hard to ensure we all had a memorable break. Thank you !!

I went to the Hilton at the Ballpark for a family wedding.. The venue was very nice. There was plenty of space for the cocktail hour, and dinner. The dance floor was a pretty good size. There is plenty of room for the electric slide, a beer barrel polk and a disco dance. Avoid time was had by all. Parking was an amenity of the wedding party. Overflow parking directed to Stadium East after valley parking was full.. I would recommend The Hilton for sure

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing!! Josh The front desk manager was really great and helpful. But I highly recommend starting your day with the breakfast downstairs. Dale, a server that's been there for about 30 years, is so pleasant. He will really brighten your day!!!
