Good for just a quick place to sleep but it was also the most expensive choice if thatโs the only goal. For less there was a Hilton and something called Renaissance that looked much better. Biggest grip was room cleanliness. Obvious stains on the furniture, floors and walls. Some looked really suspicious ๐คฎ Furniture/chair and ottoman were old and the faux leather was peeling. A/C sounded like a tornado alarm (just not as loud, but same EXACT sound) when it was turned on. If youโre going to spend the money, I would say go elsewhere. We had a last minute flight delay and I booked IHG b/c Iโm a member and love their chain. This hotel just isnโt up to par.

Positive: The front desk staff was very good. Negative: The water pressure in the shower was very low. They need to finish updating the room by finishing painting the bathroom & replace the upholstered chair. Also there was no breakfast available for us when we went down to the dining area at 9:30.

The hotel front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was good as well. I liked that they had free parking and spots always available. Convenuebt location near the highway and airport. The room was ok. There were signs that the room could have been cleaned better. Random debris on the floor, hair on the shower walls and I found a pill in the shower door. I also asked that the room be cleaned while I was out and upon my return my room had not been touched by anyone. I had to go to the front desk to get clean linen and towels since the housekeeper never came.

This was not my favorite Holiday Inn Express. It seems like this location may be experiencing understaffing issues. I checked in later in the evening and received a king suite. Upon entering the room just smelled funky- like it was partly from food of a previous guest and the bathroom. There was also a boxed TV on the floor. I called the front desk and they said that room must not have been ready, and they set me up in a new room. This room was a smaller king bed. The carpet had a ton of wear and stains and the sheets were also stained. it was so late and I was so tired, i just did my best to ignore the stain on the sheets. The room just felt worn down, old, and like it could never feel spotless. If that's not an issue for you, this location is extremely close to the airport rental car facilities and STL airport. It made my 6AM flight easier to get to.

Breakfast starts at 6 AM to 930 AM, No smoking aloud at this hotel.
Well they do I think as long as you stay there first then I think now do the hold me to this but I think it is like 10dollar a day till you come back but as long as you are there staying there it is free parking but once you check out and leave your car then you are charged for it to be thete
Airport shuttles but you have to inform the receptionist that you want it at a specific time because if no one else is going at that same time it won't show up.
Park at the airport, right across I-70 on the other side...catch the hotel shuttle if need be from there to the hotel...
The website states they regret that they do not accept pets at this time.
