$240 for one night just to arrive and find the room wasn't cleaned from the previous users. (And I didn't even check in until midnight so it's not like I rushed housekeeping). No other rooms available to move into either. So now it's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting for new sheets to be brought up for the bed so I can go to sleep (they couldn't give me a set down at the front desk). Bathroom was clearly never touched by house keeping; towels thrown around everywhere, someone shaved on the counter and the hair is still there, & no clean towels to be seen. Save your money, stay somewhere else.

When we came in to get checked in was meet with a young lady who had an attitude maybe with someone else but took it out on us. Because when checking us in we gave her our name telling her we have reserved 3 rooms 1 was to be a suite. Instead of asking who gets what she stands there as if we were to know her business not asking who is to get what or go where. All she ask was I need a card to secure the room, when she should have ask how was this being paid as one bill or separate. Then we all go to our separate rooms only to be called and told I was in wrong room that I was in the room my brother and his wife and son was supposed to have. Then after I packed up all my things that I had unpacked and going back down to the desk to only find out I'm in the right room they just didn't charge my credit card enough. I complain because all of us are seniors and 3 of us have knee problems not needing this kind of aggravation after just driving in from Chicago. And then in transferring to our rooms being met by about 25 kids between floors in the lobby and between floors. Not what you expect from a place with the prices we paid for the 2 night's stay. This is the Hilton by the Airport in St. Louis. We have stayed at Hilton before but not this one and I don't recommend it.

Reserved handicap room with walk in shower. Checked in and there were two towers. We were given Tower B, room 568. Began our walk ( my husband and I use walkers) Walk was down many long aisles with curvy ramps and we arrived at elevators to tower B and got off elevator and again long aisles curvy ramps and our room is at end of hallway. My husband has heart disease and became short of breath and almost passed out. Totally unacceptable to have a handicap room this far from lobby! Entered room and NO walk-in shower! Bathtub and no shower chair! No waste can in bathroom and no shelf to put personal items on. TV did NOT work correctly. Channel kept going on and off. Only one rack for luggage. We had planned on eating at hotel because told there was restaurant. Unable to walk distance back to lobby and no room service! Son came to hotel and bought 2 sandwiches and nachos to bring to our room. Cost was outrageous!! Over $60!! Also charged extra for handicapped room! So wrong, being penalized for being handicapped! Charged extra for refrigerator to store husbands insulin and it really didn’t cool! We will never stay at a Hilton ever again if this is the way handicapped guests are treated!

Hotel staff was very accomodating. Don, the shuttle driver was very helpful. I was traveling with my elderly mother and they let us borrow their wheel chair for our overnight stay. I would suggest that if you are traveling and cannot walk long distances select a room near the lobby. We stayed in the back wing and it was too much of a walk for my mother.

Just one time hold but it can take up to a week to get it back on your card
When I visited the airport seemed like shuttles are running constantly to various locations to different hotels and such man I'm just going to say there's plenty of shuttles to whatever location you're going to end or taxis and or Uber and so on and so forth it's pretty cool
No big trucks. There are a couple of hotels that will allow it, but it us part of you staying there.
