I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The walk down the hall way was full of smells. Moldy / cigars. My room was very damp and humid. The walls bubbled from wetness. Everything seemed old. Bed springy. Said $48 online but was charged $115. Says breakfast online and there isn’t any. The front desk person was cursing at Someone before coming to the front to help me eventually. Not really sure how a place like this stays open other than location

We booked a suite thinking it would have a separate room for the living space as we had a guest, it did not. When we got there we noticed a wet spot on the floor. After further inspection, ½ of the room was soaked, including curtains. We were able to switch rooms, but it was 2 double beds. They said we'd get our privilege points returned, we did not. Overall would not recommend.

Positive: The night receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, very good to deal with. excellent bed. Room was large, good layout. Shuttle drivers were nice and fun. Although old, the room was clean and orderly. Floor and counter new in bath. Negative: Right across from the terminal, but you had to take a shuttle if you didn't want to walk a mile on very pedestrian-unfriendly streets. Hair dryer not functional. Website claims there is a restaurant. There is one next door with lousy service.

First off rooms were clean. This place was awesome on all levels except.... outdated beat up dry wall is messed up in places window to room looked like it had been tampered with. Also you could see boards under sink. Didn't affect my stay at all. You would just think that close to airport best Western would put a little more effort into it. Also gym is closed no explanation to why.

Guest is the wifi password if having problems logging on go to the front desk the staff is usually awesome
While you are staying there. But if you have a flight out you pay for the days you are not there.
Officially it's 3pm but if there is a room ready they usually will accommodate
You just need to call the hotel and they'll dispatch it. Or give them your arrival time so the hotel can schedule pickup in advance.
No. But the whole hotel as such is not in a decent condition. Esp the AC makes a lot of noise.
But if you are needing to be downtown i would recommend you stay a little closer. While the airport is only 15 or so miles it can seem like an eternity in a taxi cab.
