Sounds like a good place to live. The rating is better than the place we live. We might live there. The rating at our place is 2.3 . This place we live is trashy. Don't live at Arbor point Apartments in Lakewood.

I love these apartments you get way more for your hard earned cash I mean a one bed one bath washer dryer and fire place plus water sewer and garbage included all for $652.00 a month and $250.00 deposit that's it you really can't beat that at all but it gets better two bed two bath $729.00 a month $250.00 deposit wow are you kidding me that's un heard of I am so happy thus place exist or e l see I would be homeless

Cops were constantly being called because of something going on. I personally had to call the cops three times because of the other tenants in the apartments. Both mine and my friends cars were stolen only days apart. People stare into your apartment if you live on the bottom floor. Twice we had people come into our apartment that we did not know. (not employees of the apartments) One of our neighbors that we got to know well moved because of the rude kids in the apartments vandalizing her car. Its a cute place but I would not recommend it to any of my friends.
