BEWARE! Not only did I have a bad experience with the service rep as he tried to overcharge me on the diagnosis of my car, then magically found some coupons once I questioned my bill, he also could not answer my questions on my proposed fix. The more I asked questions, the more confused he got. I finally had to ask for someone else to help me. BUT that wasn't even the worst! I picked my car up and my phone charger and dongle were missing! I called the service manager to let him know and after leaving a voicemail, he never called me back. Horrible communication and DON'T leave ANYTHING in your car if you want it to be in there when you get your car back from service!

We were on a road trip and, sadly, our Volvo had an issue and we got the dreaded turtle, reduced performance, engine problem notification. Suddenly, the car was going 20 mph on a major highway! We were towed to Volvo of Tacoma. Washington. We feel fortunate that Zach Waldner was our Service Advisor. He took great care of us! - Zach kept us informed about the issues with our car and the repairs that were promptly performed. - Zach spent extra time making sure that he understood our warranty and made sure that our warranty was honored. - When it was deemed necessary to keep the car overnight, Zach arranged for a rental car for us with dealership drop off and pickup.

Hi CJ, We can only installed OEM Volvo parts, the customer can supply parts but they must be new in OEM packaging. Hope this helps!

Bring the vehicle in. Possible alternator, faulty ground cable, worn harness clips. It could be a number of things. I own a 2006 XC90. Similar issues. Volvo of Tacoma in Fife, ask for Jeremy or Ben. Otherwise, Larrys Volvo of Seattle are excellent and really great on the budget. You will have to travel to Beacon Hill though. Good luck.
