The loss prevention here is outrageous. They go over the top on their jobs and make people feel unwelcome and not wanting to shop here because they literally breathe down your neck while shopping. Definitely not a good vibe here.

Nordstrom Rack is great. Personally, I couldn't find much clothes that I liked. I did find a lot of cute flats though! Our best experience is finding casual/formal outfit including shoes for my brother at a good price.

This location is always so busy. The last 2 times I've come in this store I've turned around and left after seeing that the line was backed all the way down the isle back to the shoes. Not worth the wait if you ask me. I'd recommend going during a time that's not busy..maybe a Monday morning? I do really like the undergarment section. They have a great selection of bras, panties, pajamas and robes. The dress section is really nice as well. This location needs a better setup for checking out. More registers and staff greatly needed. You wouldn't think it would be that difficult or expensive to add a "credit card line only" in addition the the cash registers that are already open. Just a suggestion...

Stopped in to Nordstrom Rack in Clackamas to return something. The return process was very easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it took less than 5 minutes. My wide and I also looked at the designer handbag section. The selection was good, and almost all were marked down hundreds of dollars. I’d recommend Nordstrom rack for great deals on pretty high quality stuff.
