They are the worst at customer service. Been waiting all week for a call back on a question. Maybe they pick up all 3 cans, maybe they don’t? They don’t credit you when they don’t take all 3. Ugh

Scheduled a dropbox delivery two weeks prior to date of drop. On scheduled day, they NEVER SHOWED UP. I spoke with their office person at 10:15 a.m morning of, and was told they would arrive within 1.5 hrs. Never showed up.

No one is ever there to answer the phone. If you add recycling to your service they often forget your can until you call and remind them 57 times. Same with upgrading to a bigger trash can. It's a service we pay for. So maybe hire more people to answer our calls, or hire someone who will organize everything so nothing slips through the cracks.

I never write reviews ... BUT They pick up the garbage. But that's about it. Service from the office is subpar and accounting/billing is outdated and inflexible. At one point I had a credit because I was so worried about their unreliable billing ... and they sent me nasty notes about not sending any more money and started returning my checks. What business get's mad at you for overpaying? SERIOUSLY! Recommend this company move to the current century in billing and accounting practices. It's unfortunate, especially since we don't have alternatives. Sometimes competition is a good thing and this is a great example of a business that has ZERO motivation to improve the customer experience.
