Slow. Edit: Whats the point if me getting an Appointment 2 weeks out if your Employees don't care about appointment times? I don't care how many letters are after their names I'm paying them for a service. Their time is not automatically more valuable than mine because they wear scrubs or a white coat. Your nurse comes out 15 min past my appt time . Not a single mention as to why. Then puts me in a room for another 25 minutes with no word at all about when I'll be seen. I'm now 40 minutes into when I was supposed to be seen and aside from getting my BP checked and being told " sit here" , Nada. I finally had to leave without being seen.. I have stuff to do I can't wait all day for you people.now I'm out a copay, an hour of my life and still no better for it. I've not had a good experience at any Kaiser location in years. Even before they started using The Coof as an excuse.

Dr. Franke is the best! So kind, thorough and caring! I have been a patient of Kaiser for 30 years. I have been given excellent care. It is so convenient having my doctor, X-ray, lab and pharmacy under one roof.

Mt. Scott Clinic has an efficient check-in system. Very courteous, very clean. My doctor is wonderful. Very thoughtful, he listens to you, and he cares about getting you the best care possible.

6 pm The urgent Care is open till 10 pm at Mt Talbert.
If not mt talbert should be

Only Mt Talbert urgent care and Sunnyside emergency room are open on the weekends.
well you cant make appointments for sundays but urgent care is open and emergency room is always open.

Mon thru Friday 8 am 7 PM at Mt Scott Pharmacy. Mt Talbert pharmacy M - F 8 am - 10 PM Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 6 pm.
Not open on Saturdays. Mt. Talbert Urgent Care is available. Same complex.
