Worst people ever! Every interaction we've had over the last 2 years with this group have been a nightmare and insulting. The doctors were callous and rude to my preteen daughter. They called her fat... (she is 10 lbs over weight by American standards) And this visit we didn't make it to because they gave us a business card with an old address. When we called to inform them we were running late the receptionist was terribly rude and no help whatsoever. Go to a different group! Save yourself the trouble

Dr Leedle does not have compassion and understanding for older patients. Was rude. Do not recommend.

Want to be racially profiled as a new patient and made to feel like a criminal? Then go see Elsbeth C. Lo at the Adventist Medical Group in Happy Valley Oregon. I had a new patient appointment to do a general physical, blood work and a refill of ongoing prescriptions (my previous physician's practice closed) but upon arrival was told all I was going to get was a discussion about my refills and a post urgent care visit for a sinus infection. All she did was express a great interest in why I had been traveling so much, asking TSA-like questions like what was the purpose of my recent visit to Kuwait and how long I was there, regarding me suspiciously, briefly looking at my new patient info only once to see my surgery history. Just because I am in a position of privilege to not have to work and travel a lot doesn't make me a terrorist. I'm a bicultural, 6th generation American descended from a US president despite my foreign sounding name and I found it every ironic being profiled by a racial minority. She then proceeded to tell me how she thought ambien users (one of my refills) were basically substance abusers who shouldn't drive a car and said she had the right to give me random drug tests, starting now, for asking for a refill- not legal by the way. By now I am visibly upset and asked her if she profiled and treated all new patients like criminals. Her response was to ask to check my heart rate. It doesn't take a PhD holder or a rocket scientist to infer and read between the lines here. I've never felt so insulted or treated less like a patient. I've even filed a complaint with the medical board. I understand there's an opioid crisis in the USA but Ambien, albeit a controlled substance, is not part of that pandemic. My original personal physician who knew me for years and my sleeping issues recommended it for specific reasons. Do yourself a favor and go see a real non-racist professional and avoid this woman, and probably this medical group as well if this is behavior they condone, at all costs! I'm giving it one star because I have to rate to post, plus one of the nurses was very courteous. Dr. Eman Hassan

MY husband and I have seen Dr. Lefranc for many years and hope to continue seeing him for many more years. We were impressed on his knowledge of my trigeminal neuralgia and on other issues we have faced. He does not hesitate to recommend a specialist when needed.

Questions & Answers

Can I get a chest x-ray done there?

Deborah Hall | Aug 16, 2020
Mike Walker | Aug 16, 2020

Not at the actual clinic at 11211 SE Sunnyside, no. They could order the chest x-ray there, but would send you to the main campus hospital for the actual x-ray to be shot.
