How about you all stop preying on families trying to enjoy their summer parking at Barton Park and deal with the homeless camped across the entire 205 path? I know why... Homeless don't pay fines and fees. We parked, were courteous to driver's on the road; even saw an officer drive by a couple times and waved. What he failed to "serve the public" in doing would have been rolling his window down warning everyone that he was about to tow everyone with a tire touching the fog line. I would have moved my car instantly and he knew that. Preying on tax payers. FYI... $525 to get your car back from a yard a few hours after they towed it... Robbery. And you all are playing right into it.

Pray they don't find your stolen car. All they care about is permission to search for the car thief's possesions before they turn it over to olson bros towing who charge you 400 for a 5 mile tow. Plus the added hassle of trying to get your stuff. Your stuff, all of the stuff they used your car to steal, and your car title will belong to olson bros. All while under contract to tow for the sheriffs.

I had a guy try to run me over in a gas station parking lot, totaled my E Bike, got the whole thing on camera and police never even showed. Was told to wait at the scene (three separate times) for over an hour and a half.

On Saturday July 17th 2021, I was involved in an altercation while retrieving a vehicle from Elite Towing located at 11795 se hwy 212 happy valley, OR. The employee at Elite Towing shoved me after refusing to produce a receipt for a $470 cash payment and law enforcement was called. Upon arrival, Deputy Graham went over to the Elite Towing employee while the other officers listened to my side of the story. Several minutes later, Deputy Graham came over to me and in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner proceeded to tell me “this is not a police matter” and that if we wanted to get the vehicle back then “do what the towing company sais.” Deputy Graham never heard my side of the story, nor did he ask me any questions about the situation. Instead, he was hostile towards me and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t press charges or do anything in this situation. During my time as a firefighter paramedic for the past 8 years, I have had hundreds of interactions with law enforcement from several different departments. I have never experienced or witnessed an officer of the law treat someone with the level of disrespect and intimidation that Deputy Graham displayed towards me. There were at least five other witnesses that were on scene and can confirm that Deputy Graham’s behavior was inappropriate in this situation. I would be happy to make time to discuss this further and hope there is some remedial training for this employee, as I wouldn’t want any other citizens to endure such a negative experience with your department.

They will not do a civil stand by unless you have a court order which means abusive threatening person has all victim's personal property so vulnerable targets don't have an opportunity to leave & not look back and the situation continues to be toxic & victim is forced to get a court order to get anything.

The sheriff came in and read his report to the judge and that was all the evidence the judge needed to make me pay for the ticket. Clackamas county sheriff department is a joke and a waste of tax payers dollars. They will do anything to make a quick buck smh.
Have an officer come out with you to the location with the proper paperwork and have a letter typed up and notarized stating that you are taking the truck back
