NO stars would be more accurate review. This company is garbage. They couldn't even get my taxes reduced by $10. They were unresponsive, changed people handling my case with lack of pass on. Right hand doesn't talk to the left and just a total waste of $5000. I would not recommend these clowns to file a 1040ez as they even screwed that up.

I have some prior year tax refund issues with the IRS and a 3-month IRS processing delay of my year 2020 tax return just compounded my anxiety. Marc was very professional, patient and knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in helping me sort out my problems and calming my nerves in the process. Oh my gosh these guys are amazing. I was so nervous and Kailee was so helpful and explained everything in a way that I clearly understood without ever once condescending. These guys have real IRS experience and they are super professional. The prices are clear and unbelievably reasonable. I went with them on gut instinct after watching their YouTube channel and I am so glad I did. They saved me so much anxiety and headache and Kailee made me laugh too!! They are the only service I will use or recommend going forward.

Doing some research on OIC, came across youtube video Marc was on explaining different things on HOW TO self fill out different forms to IRS. Contacted him with some questions. He responded within timely matter and gave honest and professional advise. I highly recommend this office based on the honesty, willingness to help, and the knowledge they actually have to assist with your individual situation.
