id give this guy no stars if i could. don’t waste your energy, money or life with this guy. dr malis was SUPPOSED to remove my tonsils April of 2021. Come December 2021 i have a sore throat AND cough out a tonsil stone. i make a return visit where dr malis claims that he believes acid reflux is the reason they miraculously grew back. i pay hundreds of dollars to have an endoscopy among other tests done to find out i don’t even have acid reflux!!!! so now, a year and a half later i returned where dr. malis was rude, cutting me off, talking in senseless circles, making excuses and unwilling to admit fault. he proceeded to ask me to pay MORE MONEY for allergy tests. i can’t even begin to explain the disappointment i feel with dr. malis and i can’t believe he was so unprofessional. i don’t recommend anyone give theirs or their insurances money to this piece of garbage doctor.

Had our 2 week old’s tongue and lip tie corrected by Dr. Malis and he and his whole team were amazing, very much to the contrary of a lot of these reviews. They were all so kind and spent ample time with us. The procedure was extremely fast. Also, gorgeous office views!

I don’t understand why people are saying Dr Malis has a bad bedside manner. We were so happy with Dr. Malis! He was kind and patient and checked in on us after my infants tongue tie and lip tie surgery. He and his staff answered all of my questions. He was better than most of the MD’s I’ve ever been to. We had a great experience!! We would go back there in a heartbeat!!!! Also we were in a hurry to get in to the doctor because my son’s condition was effecting him feeding properly, they got us in in a few days. We didn’t have to wait long at all and when we went back in to the room, Dr Malis was in to see us in minutes! Awesome experience during a difficult time for our family.

Didn’t have any issues from checking in for my appointment to meeting the physician assistant Wes to speaking with Dr. Malis. In and out in 30 mins. He was straightforward with the diagnosis and the plan of care for my son. Gave me the straight answers and we were on our way. Not sure about his “no bedside manners”. I’m from the healthcare field, but ENT is not my specialty. So it was nice of him to explain what was a ‘kiesselbach plexus’ (arteries in the nose). Seeing him teaching Wes how to find it and not get confused in the physical findings shows me that he loves to teach. If you find a clinician who loves to teach, you have a great doctor. If you think Dr. Malis have no bedside manner, think again. You haven’t met a doctor who has no bedside manner. He was nice guy. Met him a couple times at health fairs like the one in front of L3 Harris Family Medical Center. My advice to those who are unsure of a clinician, interview them. Better yet go to a health convention to meet these doctors so you can put a name to a face. P.s. He didn’t know I was in the healthcare field. So it was still a learning experience.

If you have no insurance usually half the amount, but call and find out first, they are very reasonable and will work with you
