A quiet, reasonably well-maintained residence for seniors. The apartments are conveniently sized for someone who doesn't want a big place. Snow plowing of the parking lot is terrible, quite honestly. Snow can accumulate for days before they do anything about it. There are a number of garage spaces available. On the first floor of the building, there is a lounge area for residents to gather in. There is no pool or outdoor activity area. However, the building does offer an outdoor seating area near the lounge.

South Pointe Senior Apartments does have 2 bedroom apartments. The community is 55+ and not income-based. The first floor apartments have a patio, but not a balcony. The building does not have a pool. For more information on this property, please call!
